Morning Joe discusses the political oligarchy

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036789/ns/msnbc_tv-morning_joe/

between 4 and 4:15 AM Pacific Time on the west coast, 7AM on the East coast of the USA this morning The Morning Joe people (in this segment) showed clips of Newt Gingrich railing against Obama during the previous presidential campaign because several of Obama's advisers worked for Freddie Mac and received millions of dollars.

they then pointed out that Newt was, at that same time receiving money from Freddie Mac

they went on to give details of Newt's Health Care think tank organization that took in 37 million dollars to help health care businesses get Obama care (the Obama health care program) passed in Congress. This position, 180 degrees opposed to Newt's political posturing.

What the group tried to grapple with is the mind set of a guy, in full view of the press, the internet, etc can say one thing and do another and expect to get away with it. Newt's popularity in the Republican presidential race is surging.

It is a snap shot of arrogance, hypocrisy, narcissism, low self esteem -- not unlike LRH.

It is also an indictment of the revolving door of the political oligarchy of Congress / the executive to "consulting," that is business as usual.

They went on to suggest that the people vote for the most entertaining politicians, much like a reality TV show.

I don't know if there will be a clip of this later on the net, but if it is put up, take a look.

finally, where I'm going with this:

I got involved with Scientology to change the world.

anything LRH was in charge of was business as usual

some auditing is beneficial. if a person or a group is to be effective in changing the world, we have to be transparent in our actions.

We live in a "PR World." Television gives us a ringside seat to a media circus of as many rings as there are channels. I favor direct observation over media reporting. If I have to rely on secondary sources, i.e. messengers, then there I must allow for complications as the messenger might be willfully dishonest in reporting, or inaccurate in their observations.

What is a person to do?

My solution is to vote for the best candidate based on what I see and hear for myself. Right now, Newt is the smartest guy on the stage. I trust Obama not at all. He is conniving and stupid.

As to the LRH thing, it is interesting how we keep trying to run the sumbitch out. And "natter," complaint, protest, et al are nothing but the being looking for the right process to get rid of someone or something, that is, to exorcise the demon from their space using the wrong process.

This morning I was reading wiki about Shakespeare's play Othello. Iago who is the villian and central character of the play is described thusly:

Although eponymously titled, suggesting that the tragedy belongs primarily to Othello, Iago plays an important role in the plot he reflects the archetypal villain, and has the biggest share of the dialogue. In Othello, it is Iago who manipulates all other characters at will, controlling their movements and trapping them in an intricate net of lies. He achieves this by getting close to all characters and playing on their weaknesses while they refer to him as "honest" Iago, thus furthering his control over the characters.

Continuing to run the demon LRH out, I read it like this: LRH plays the archetypal villain, and he has the biggest share of the dialogue. In Scientology-World, it is LRH who manipulates all other characters at will, controlling their movements and trapping them in an intricate net of lies. He achieves this by getting close to all characters and playing on their weaknesses while they refer to him as "honest" LRH, thus furthering his control over the characters. :omg::omg::omg:

Othello was penned in or around 1603. I am continually floored over how little I know or understand.

I go along with what you are saying, Ted!

On the Newt Gingrich issue, Greta Van Sustern had Gingrich on her Fox News show last night. She asked him about his involvement with the Freddie Mac - Fannie Mae Associations.

Gingrich stated that after he left Congress in the 1990's he became a private citizen and formed a private consulting company. He said that in this capacity he was hired to do work for Fannie Mae, I believe (not Freddie Mac). Anyway, he stated that his firm was paid $1.6 million over an 11 year period for services which they performed under contract as a private consulting firm. Further Gingrich stated that his firm employed as many as 30 to 40 consultants at a time and the money was paid to his firm and not him directly.

He emphasized that he was not a lobbyist, nor was he connected in any way with the Federal government at that time. His firm was hired to do contracting, involving Fannie Mae. Gingriche's firm worked for them for 11 years, averaging $150,000 a year in business during this time. No pay-offs were made directly to Gingrich.

Lord knows, I am no expert on this subject, and my source is only Gingrich himself, speaking on the Fox News Channel. Nevertheless, after he explained what transpired with him and his company, it made sense to me to a sufficient degree that I would not disqualify myself from possibly voting for Gingrich based on an attack being made against him on MSNBC's program, Morning Joe.

Ted wrote the following key passage above: My solution is to vote for the best candidate based on what I see and hear for myself. Right now, Newt is the smartest guy on the stage. I trust Obama not at all. He is conniving and stupid.

This passage really hits the nail on the head. I would not fully agree with only the last word of the last sentence. I don't know if "stupid" is a corrective adjective to describe him. He is extremely glib and conniving. He does not take responsibility for the major errors in policy which he makes. He specializes in deception, always covering his tracks and not revealing his true motives.

His timing usually revolves around the goal of how he can best win re-election to further his agenda. Important bills which he causes to be passed usually do not go into effect until AFTER the next election, i.e. Health Care, blocking of the deal we have with Canada to route an oil pipe line from Canada to Texas, etc. Then there are exceptions such as pulling out of Iraq. He announces that this will occur by the end of this year, conspicuously BEFORE the election because he knows doing so will improve his electibility.

To tip off the regime in Iran as to the exact day of our pull-out is an unconscionable actioin against the security of the USA plus a slap in the fact to our military leaders and our soldiers. All the loss of life, limb and money put into the Iraq war is seriously compromised and sacriiiced only to improve the chances of Obama being re-elected. Just think about it, Iran can sit back and relax for 6 more weeks and then make plans to infiltrate Iraq and take over the country by installing a Sharia based gov't there and taking down the democracy which we put into place. Maybe you are right after all Ted; for Obama to set things up this way is....STUPID!!!

I should be more responsible for what I write.

Sometimes I use uncommon usages of simple words. Sometimes I slip into Scientology mode. I find I like Hubbard's definition the best. Stupid = unawareness of consideration per the axioms. This is different than ignorance. In Obama's case, he is unaware of commonly held considerations about being American. He was not raised here. He hasn't a clue from the perspective of honor and devotion. You are old enough to know what I am talking about. I am not arguing about the rightness or wrongness of the American attitude. I am not saying we are or have always been perfect or irreproachable. I am just saying Obama doesn't have the attitude so his thought process is stupid. A Brit attitude or Swedish attitude, etc., are each unique and I appreciate the differences.

No, I love the differences.

One-World government is doomed to failure.

I have not trusted politicians since the JFK assassination allowing LBJ to take office. Positions of power can bring out the best and the worst in the human being. Since I believe that Obama is nothing but an empty suit, a puppet with controlling hands up his ass, I do not blame him for much beyond being unAmerican. The kid didn't have a chance to grow up normal.

Before someone gets a knee-jerk reaction let me just state, I like George Bush. He's not as stupid as the media made him out to be. But, the Patriot Act is unAmerican, and we did not need to go into Iraq or Afghanistan with the war machine.

I am Liberal on some issues. If that were not the case I never would have invested in Scientology. I am Libertarian on other issues. Sound money is important to everyone's Freedom. I am Republican because I believe in strong individualism. And I am Democratic in that I believe in a balance between the individual and the collective. Above all, I believe in the Constitution, States Rights, and Individual Rights.

I believe in government intervention with regulations and justice actions to hold the Type-A personalities in check. Power is like a drug. It is so easy to fall into abuse. Our highest levels of government, business, and banking are populated with people who, apparently, feel they are above the law. The Justice Department is weak and ineffective, whether by design or incompetence I do not know. Could be both. So we have top execs in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac walking away with $Millions$ in bonuses while the government has to bail these institutions out to the tune of $BILLIONS$. Can you see any OUT-ETHICS in that? I do.

I could go on...

I just returned from the local gun range. The place was jamming. I would feel much better if the States would issue weapons and training to every qualified citizen. This would be in keeping with the Second Amendment as I see it.

Ted, I am onboard with everything which you said including the discussion about the meaning of the word stupid.

I tell others I am fiscally conservative but liberal on the social issues. That seems to be acceptable to most people The bottom line comes down to this above quote of yours, " Above all, I believe in the Constitution, States Rights, and Individual Rights.

I believe the US Constitution to be a very wise document. Adherence to it took the USA from a colony of England with only 4 million people in 1790 to the most powerful country on Earth with 140 million people 1945. Those are the stats and one can't argue with success. This tendency to shift over to something more like socialism or worse yet communism makes no sense to me. Countries using those forms of government have never succeeded to that degree that we have.

Yes, it is a mess at the highest levels of government. Yes, those of us raised in the 40's and 50's are old enough to remember how things were. For the most part, they were more honest and ethical. However, there have been major social improvements where Blacks, Women and minorities now share in what opportunites are available. You make a good point about Obama not being raised in a standard American type family, being much younger than people in our age group and being raised in Hawaii and not the mainland. He was taught a certain way and he believes that his teachings are wiser than time worn principles espoused by earlier generations. Like most "Progressives" he honestly believes that others that don't agree with him are simply less "evolved" than he and his buddies and that he and his fellow Progressives have the right to cheat, lie and steal or do whatever is necessary to enforce their "enlightened" points of view on us all so as to become official US policy.

Yes, there is tremendous corruption and an unscrupulous willingness to lie and cheat to get ahead financially and in the wielding of power by those in the upper echelons of goverment (both parties) at this time.

Carmelo - Here is another hit from Perry Como in 1957 which is quite similar. Also, Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie... is a great song and the girl in the binkini isn't bad either!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UCM-cb9hwc

With Perry Como, they used to use him as the poster boy to disprove the old adage that "Nice Guys Finish Last." He was one of the nicest guys ever in entertainment and he scored high on everything he did and was a total success.

I never heard of Lee Pokriss before now. Those two hits he wrote were very good tunes which fit the 1957 time period very well.

Hehehehehehehehehehe:biggrin:

You be comin up my alley there Jachs.

These Theocrats are my pet peeve. I have run into them this year. They are a megacluster. A conglomerate. Their purpose is to absorb more consciousness. It 's like an energy food or loosh that keeps it from going stagnate. the layers of etheric bodies we have collapsed into our physical one here causes a natural engergy feedback loop for us while we live. Those who do not incarnate cannot feed this ego conscious self they once had. They are out of the loop so to speak. A lot of people are harangued into joining as they have lost their ability to move around after death. The intentions of one person are magnified by all other viewpoints in the group which makes them dangerous. No respect for the rights of a being. Those sovereign rights. Uncanny things happened when I ran into these masses of beings. First off there's a bunch of wackos adjoined to the megathing because of the death engrams and the mega group death engrams. The feeding zone seems to be over battlefields and inquisitions and bloody crusades. That's where the pickins are finest.

The space game:

I noticed the same thing with the theorcrats as I did with running OT III.
To have a viewpoint of dimension, some postulated space must be in there as part of the equation. There are these attempts to occupy or own the entire unified field. To be ALL-SPACE. To be ubiquitous. To have everything within the delineated zone be a 'subset' of particles belonging to the holders of that space. That means 'property'. When I was confronting someone earlier this year using this MO I really felt helpless. I could not figure how they could be so OT that their intention flooded over me like red wine being absorbed when spilled on the fibers of a white linen tablecloth. My entire space felt saturated by their presence. Then I realized it was an alien tactic I'd seen before.

I asked myself."What intention of mine is this person countering" I mean in order to feel the problem I was experiencing there had to be a game of intention and counter intention....or WILL. Any how answering the query..... the proper "vectors' came back in. I had my OWN vector having a problem with an intention sourced from another vector. The illusion of the blanketing 'allspace' bubble popped. Beware of anyone who purports to have saturated the quantum field with their 'selfness' and that you operating within that field are a 'thing' subject to their intentions. Those intentions can be mighty strong as they are being fed by many deluded clingers on.

These Theocrats are described here in the book The War in Heaven The Invisible College by Kyle Griffith.

Borg is baaaad. I was getting out there. But I think the era of the demiurge coming back is on the horizon. I feel an undertow. Like the socialism of the Obama movement.

Too much has been done to curtail what America 'had' going. (There's a palpable hatred for us up in our own ranks.) Some of these laws whether it was Earned Income Credit or the housing scandal or the Obamacare staying on your parents ins until you are 26, or phony borders....they are all meant to benefit 'somebody'. To do an engineered raising up. But at who's cost. We've done away with our Nationalistic pride. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours is the name of the game at the UN. You let me have this for my country and I'll let you have this for your corporations. $$$$ No one asked you if they could step on your shoulders to get a leg up. We've been bribed to kneel and take the position so that this can occur. Something is fishy there. I don't see an outright suppression of humanity. I see an attempt of a farmer trying to hybridize his stock so as to get the most future yield.... somewhere down the line.

What's suspicious is that those chosen to be given the temporary advantage are not being cultivated to be stellar in any field. . Maybe there is an attempt to make the general level of consciousness mediocre throughout. :confused2:

Rather an insightful write up Hats  As usual.

There are lots of "forces" at work on planet Earth

There are the stellar individuals who, for what ever reason, come up with bright ideas and who work to implement them in a manner that benefits their societies and eventually humanity, and such.

This occurs in all the realms of human endeavor: science, industry, the arts, etc.

Then there are the "others" . . . . :melodramatic:

They come in two basic varieties: the dominating or weak takers; and the fawners agree-ers.

The dominating takers put themselves in position to rip off the system for their own personal good . . . and vanity, narcissism and what ever else. Here you have your politicians, and the "American mentality" corporate CEO types (when I was in Europe, in those days society and the CEO class were rather appalled at the outrageous "compensations" being pulled down by CEOs in the US).

Of course you also have the inflow takers who produce little and want to be supported and constantly given the production of others. They want everything for free . . . you even see this class asserting this to be right here on ESMB.

The fawners and agree-ers are the class who populate places like the UN and think-tanks. They run around finding out what the prevailing "agenda" or winning force is, and support it. They are more worried about what others think than integrity to their own bright ideas. Their agenda is to "be acceptable."

I had a lot of dealings with these fawners and agree-er types in my 007 days, particularly at the UN. :melodramatic: They love to discuss things to death and intellectualize and pretend to be or otherwise present themselves as "intellectual" and as a good thinker. I'm not talking about the diplomats, necessarily here, but all those behind the scene who "get things done" and/or advise the talking heads.

But bottom line, all we are looking at here is the spectrum of human existence across what we could call a scale of reality, or moods.

Up high, folks are happy campers creating and producing with integrity. Down in the middle, they run about agreeing with the prevailing power. At the bottom, you have the takers--- both types..

The tragedy is that what is too often being agreed to and supported by the fawning and agreeing classes are the forces displayed by both classes of takers . . . and so since these two classes of folks (takers and fawners) outnumber the stellar individual types . . . . society grinds down into its troubles even though history shows advancement resulting from the production of the stellar class.

That's my little ditty for the day:biggrin:

Re: The old days - Aboard the Apollo - 1973

If we'd just go back to the old adage "You make your bed...you LAY in it" we'd all be a lot more careful about what we sew.

What I feel is being played out everywhere I look is prior 'injustice'. Any past 'perceived' social injustice is being used like an axe grinding against a stone. It doesn't have to be the right stone. Any stone or target will do as long as the stymied energy gets to be played out and relieved.

Different people are linked into different stratas of consciousness by calibre of their goals.... nobility of them or lack ... well- intentionedness toward their fellow man or efforts to destroy. Quite a few are still immersed in the barbarism that most of civilization grew away from. Factors are keeping them there. They've got some justification. Some folks revel in their tribal mindsets and lag behind in seeking solutions to raise up the quality of life so that living might have some measure of grace. We have not all had the same reprieve from issues antagonistic to our daily survival. There is a lot of jealousy.

Takers are making up for lost time until they feel all caught up. Fawners are feathering their nests staying with the strongest players. And those who feel they will never be rescued or ascend upwards feel no choice but to drag others down. It's all about the illusion of Have and Have Not.
Energy behaves differently at different levels ....so do people.

Future Predictions, Havingness Scales, Removing Obstacles to our Success

The beautiful gift of the future is that we all play a part in our lives, in our futures and in manifesting our dreams. Our thoughts, whether conscious or unconscious, actions, behaviors (especially those consistent with our goals), spoken words and even our own belief systems in our self, in others, and in the universe at large can affect the outcomes of our futures.

During a reading, if I am asked to predict a future outcome, I will read the energy as I see currently attached to the situation, person or event. However, the beauty of this is that we have the power to change these outcomes if they don't resonate with what we want! Sometimes this is the best insight we can gain from a reading, knowing that our present actions and plans (or lack of them) are not leading us to our goal. The beauty is that by changing your actions, thought, behaviors around the situation you desire, you can change the outcome!

Usually, when I first look at a client's future goal, I will also ask them to put up a havingness scale to measure currently, how much they believe they deserve the outcome they desire. I will then ask them to put this number up to 100% and see how the energy automatically begins to change around that desired event. As the individual changes their own internal 'havingness gauge' for what they want, the desired outcome already begins to feel closer to their reach. Often times, during this exercise, clients often begin to sense for themselves new ways in which they can strive to attain their goal, because of the weight that has been lifted from their 'non-havingness' state to their state of 'havingness' allowing true room for them to create a path to manifesting having what they want in their lives!

In addition to the Havingness Scale, I will look any energy (i.e. other people's influence) that is causing resistance in the client's space to having what they truly want and now feel they deserve. Often times, there is energy in our space surrounding the things we want for ourselves, or even our self-expression, which is representative of jealousy, control, competition, or karma from another person, either in this life or from a past-life circumstance. I will guide my client in identifying the factors that are causing resistance to having what they want on their own timeline, in order to further free up space for the desired outcome to manifest.

Hence, please do not be disappointed if during a reading the energy for what you want to happen in your future does not look the way you hoped, and please see this particular reading for you as a guideline for how to change the energy in your favor, should you so desire!

What's the link to this blog? Who's the author? Would be interested to know.

With my client "Z" on Thursday evening, he was asking me "How does one perceive and evaluate the opportunities one is dealing with in life in order to make decisions?"

I answered that all evaluations and analysis is done using comparatives. Then I asked him, "What is the most important factor or datum of comparison you have when evaluating scenarios/opportunities?"

He mumbled about for a while  not getting the "item" I personally use and consider of prime importance.

Eventually, I suggested: "How about your wants? How about evaluating the relevance, importance, value and correctness of any scenario against your personal dreams, aspirations and wants? For that is the best way to evaluate what is right for and supportive of you."

I then had to sit silent while he blew off several explosions of charge and areas of old confusions
