Leadership - Another Blast From the Past

Leaders and Winners.
Alan C. Walter

I have isolated a key ability that all effective Leaders and Winners have.

They have certainty and boldness about their ability to handle most areas of life.

Where does this certainty come from?

It comes from the ability to handle "UNMAPPED, UNCHARTED AREAS OF CASE AND LIFE."

No matter where you are in the scheme of things about life, you are trapped beneath or behind your fears of causing harm or failure.

That is your psychic ceiling, or psychic box that contains you in a vice like grip. It keeps you in a state of restricted achievement and denies you the ability to be prosperous.

Leaders and winners live life boldly and adventurously. They are willing to take risks. They have a confidence about them, they know they can handle almost anything.

They have the ability to face up to and handle "Uncharted, unmapped areas of life and case."

I cannot emphasize enough to you, on how vitally important this subject is, or the enormity of its consequences to you or those who are your clients and students, if "the Uncharted, Unmapped Area of Life and Case" is not recognized and handled.

The quality of a leader, winner or processor depends greatly on their ability to recognize WHAT IS BEING MANIFESTED BY THEIR CLIENTS IN SESSION OR THE SITUATION THAT NEEDS HANDLING IN LIFE.

Correct RECOGNITION is 70% of resolving the case or life condition being manifested.

One of the valuable aspects of experience is the ability to correctly identify manifestations. It is also the liability of being around a long time as you tend to have more UNRECOGNISED MANIFESTATIONS!

The simple fact of our craft is, we are in the business of finding TRUE, OPERATING, EFFECTIVE ANSWERS to life's QUESTIONS.

Every time something goes wrong or doesn't turn out as expected, it means, instead of an answer, you end up with an unanswered question. Too many unanswered questions and your universe will collapse. Or you'll become very apathetic towards life and people.

Over the years I have helped 1000's of clients attain most of their immediate goals in life.

What was it that those who were very successful had in common?

1. Several hundred hours of Life Animation style processing.

2. Trained by methods that stripped away their uncertainties.

3. Able to improvise an effective remedy or handle to lifes problems.

4. Hundreds of hours of basic drills and objectives.

5. They became superb processors. (Processed what was in front of them.)

6. THEY COULD RECOGNIZE "A NEW UNCHARTED, UNMAPPED CASE OR LIFE AREA" AND ORIGINATE AN EFFECTIVE, UPSCALE HANDLE.

This step 6 was the real secret to their successes, as they could include many more "errant" (outside their box) people into their teams. Plus they could reach out into life more.

A "New Uncharted, Unmapped Case and life Area" is a major WHY on expansion. It is also the major WHY on case and life handling.

ALL clients, leaders and winners will run into UNCHARTED AND UNMAPPED CASE AND LIFE AREAS AS THEY PROGRESS UPWARDS!

Trying to fit these NEW UNCHARTED, UNMAPPED CASE AND LIFE AREAS into old previously charted and mapped case and life areas will mess a case and life up totally.

40 years of observing millions of people getting processing and training and dropping off lines had left me with millions of unanswered questions. The above answers many of those unanswered questions.

We have just posted the Life Animation processess on our web-page, these processes need to be done at least 150-500 hours.

The best way to run them is a win on a Life animation process and then Clean Slate to a win, then back to Life Animation, over and over.

You will be amazed at the certainty and confidence you will develop over a fairly quick period.

There is much more to this, but I'm sure I've triggered a lot of areas.

The link to the processes on the Knowledgism website doesn't seem to work. And their phone number is no longer on there. So... what is the Life Animation Process?

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the show?

I found that on a 15 year old hard drive, and resurrected it. I have no clue what a Life Animation Process is.

I can fix the phone number, and maybe the URL later tonight.

Other than the fact that my husband was shot and killed, it was okay. I thought maybe the Life Animation process might help him, but couldn't find a reference. :coolwink:

Re: Cave Restaurant Playa de Carmen

This set of caves has been explored 25 miles, and they still don't know where they end.

No wonder you are so universally opp termed, you're a know it all. How did you do that?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xibalba

Xibalba ( /ʃɨˈbɒlbə/), roughly translated as "place of fear",[1] is the name of the underworld in Maya mythology, ruled by the Maya death gods and their helpers. In 16th-century Verapaz, the entrance to Xibalba was traditionally held to be a cave in the vicinity of Cobán, Guatemala. According to some of the K'iche' Maya presently living in the vicinity, the area is still associated with death. Cave systems in nearby Belize have also been referred to as the entrance to Xibalba.[2]
Another physical incarnation of the road to Xibalba as viewed by the K'iche' is the dark rift which is visible in the Milky Way.[3]

[edit]Inhabitants

Xibalba is described in the Popol Vuh as a court below the surface of the Earth associated with death and with twelve gods or powerful rulers known as the Lords of Xibalba. The first among the Maya Death Gods ruling Xibalba were Hun-Came (One Death) and Vucub-Came (Seven Death), though Hun-Came is the more senior of the two.[4][5] The remaining ten Lords are often referred to as demons and are given commission and domain over various forms of human suffering: to cause sickness, starvation, fear, destitution, pain, and ultimately death.[1] These Lords all work in pairs and are Xiquiripat (Flying Scab) and Cuchumaquic (Gathered Blood), who sicken people's blood; Ahalpuh (Pus Demon) and Ahalgana (Jaundice Demon), who cause people's bodies to swell up; Chamiabac (Bone Staff) and Chamiaholom (Skull Staff), who turn dead bodies into skeletons; Ahalmez (Sweepings Demon) and Ahaltocob (Stabbing Demon), who hide in the unswept areas of people houses and stabbed them to death; and Xic (Wing) and Patan (Packstrap), who caused people to die coughing up blood while out walking on a road.[4][5] The remaining residents of Xibalba are thought to have fallen under the dominion of one of these Lords, going about the face of the Earth to carry out their listed duties.
[edit]Structure

Xibalba was a large place and a number of individual structures or locations within Xibalba are described or mentioned in the Popol Vuh. Chief among these was the council place of the Lords, the five or six houses that served as the first tests of Xibalba, and the Xibalban ballcourt.[6] Also mentioned are the homes of the Lords, gardens, and other structures indicating that Xibalba was at least a great city.

They are objective processes . . . a la CCHs but much, much better.

The Kn website is now largely stripped of all its tech items . . . a mere shadow of its former self.

Yes. Quite a foolish move. A sure way to kill the subject.

There are some processes and rundowns in the act archives: alt.clearing.technology or Homer's archives at www.clearing.org/.

Yes . . . I do not know WTF is going on down there . . . I get reports back from folks I refer there to buy books that they can't even get books. Even a client I have who's been there and trained all the way up to VF7 can't get a decent reply and get books delivered.

Two of Alan's closest friends and trusted allies have effectively been shunted off lines (basically shunned or barred). I am waiting a report of WTF will occur on the next VF Course in March.

Some of we old campaigners (no names yet ) are planning doing a by-pass on the current two screwing things up.

Go for it. If need be it is better to 'split a fork' (open source software jargon for doing a 'spinoff') than to allow valuable tech to be lost. It's the problem with 'ip'. Ideas have value for all and are a shared resource, they aren't 'property'.

I am guided by the words, "What would Ron do?"

They are like a beacon for me.

If I had a church where OT 8 was as high as I could sell product, I'd take me a little trip down to Texas, buy Alan's stuff, probably for a song, and voila! new OT levels through OT 35 have just been discovered.

Stolen From Another Thread

Thank you all for your support. I know you “get it”. I also know I am not the first – or only – person to be traumatised when they left the cult. I don’t claim to be unique or special. I have been very humbled by my experience.

This has been a very powerful experience. Life is very different for me now. I don’t sweat the small stuff much these days though I can become irrational quite easily. This is usually when I get triggered on issues of trust, rejection or abandonment. I’ve been blessed with having some brilliant people in my life and have read my arse off to learn and learn and learn.

I don’t know where to start with what happened so I’m just gonna jump right in and write whatever comes into my head…

I had been in scientology about 18 years when my then husband got a job up in China (end of 2005) He was into high-tech engineering, a smart man and good at his job. He got offered this gig up in China and we went up there under the protective umbrella of a large corporation. Ironical fact #1: we went there to earn more money to get to Flag. China catalysed me out of scientology. Yay for China!

The ex had just come back from Flag a few mths prior to us moving up to China. That fact becomes highly relevant to this story a little later. Some of this stuff I have not talked about before because it always just sent me out the roof with anger when I did. So if I get angry or cry all over the keyboard, too bloody bad! Let it rip!

This is a story of dirty deception & totally screwed up behaviour with me caught in the middle of it all. The cult weaves its way through it all, like some dark clumsy anachronistic beast. These days I can only laugh at some of things that happened but it took me time to get over my rage.

I am now grateful for all that happened because as the saying goes “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” and I am living proof of that. I have explored my deepest vulnerabilities and my strengths. I also know that life is sometimes about suffering and that suffering is a great teacher. I also know that life isn’t about controlling every damn little thing and I continue to learn about this.

I have learnt to not be afraid of my emotions. I spent so many years in the cult trying to contain my emotions, being “uptone” and only expressing any negative emotions in auditing (counselling). That created an explosion of high-powered pent-up emotions which when released, was overwhelming. On a couple of occasions I found myself laughing hysterically and sobbing simultaneously. That freaked the hell out of me. Intense times. I had no idea how to feel authentic emotions. Not a damn clue.

Anyway here I go telling the story of what happened. It is a little surreal to me to finally be talking about this “out loud” but I am ready. Shit happens and then you get over it.

I love this post!!

After San Francisco and London, Shanghai is one of my favorite cities.

If it wasn't for the coal smog everywhere, I could live in China forever.

As a blond honky, I have felt like I'm living the movie, "Alien, " and I'm the star.

Shanghai is like a cosmopolitan, history of east west pan culture, modern, with foundations in Chinese mercantile.

When I first visited X'ian and saw the archaeological dig of thousands of clay life size, exquisitely sculpted soldiers, horses, etc. that were buried with an emperor. I just cried. It was so immensely beautiful. It was like being with Carter at the pyramids.

each unique and individual.

We took our youngest child to China when she was 12. It was so profoundly moving to her, she moved to Beijing after college, spent half year improving her Mandarin, and getting a job in Shanghai doing PR / biz dev for the largest law firm there.

On the other hand, if you are doing business in China, it is best to read "Thick Face, Black Heart" by Chin-Ning Chu before going.
