Re: The old days - Aboard the Apollo - 1973
Interesting that this stuff is starting to come out about the Ranch and KN.
I was there last year and was asked by D & C to rewrite the course materials and put them into a more deliverable format. The problem was that neither D or C had the slightest idea what processing was all about. I remember being asked to explain to them the various types of listing and how to use this material.
Both Dean and I had serious misgivings about the way these two had phased out Alan's wishes to set up a board with Dean and myself involved. We both paid $900 toward the costs of incorporation. However, D & C decided they didn't want any outside involvement and returned our incorporation payments.
The break point for me was when I wanted to involve Roger in the technical upgrade. C got very upset and accused me of "cutting her power line" (whatever that meant?). I asked her if she would prefer if I was no longer involved with KN. Her reply was "Yes"!
Since then I have let it all drop. The funny thing is that both D & C were so paranoid about anyone outside themselves having any access to the Games Matrix material. In fact. I was with Alan shortly before he passed away. As a lot of his materials had come from our discussions over 30 years, there were two final, but vitally important steps which he had not written up. I knew them but D & C do not.
So, that is where matters stand.
It is ironic that the main introduction course that is delivered is a copy of the workshops Alan and I delivered to public and staff at the Ft Harrison back in the early 1980's.
To say I was delivering KN without paying is a total lie.
It came as no surprise that they got rid of Dean from their lines. In fact they got rid of anyone who they perceived as a "threat" to their (dwindling) income source.
To be fair, D & C had made a serious improvement to the Ranch and its property. However, their antipathy to anyone who had been involved in a "former practice" seriuosly warped their view on where to develop what they had.
The materials of KN are very workable and produce some amazing results in a very short period of time - providing you have an experienced processer who understands what processing actually is.
It is all very well to be able to parrot off a series of commands, but if you have no idea about the essential elements of processing you will ultimately fail.
Roger and I will look at taking the principles involved to a new level. The name Knowledgism is history. The developments made are very valid.
