In the US they have this (totally insane) regulation, that the scientologists themselves, OSA and their shysters, can send a team to actually do the raid and confiscate whatever they like to. Only accompanied by a cop that they probably had bought.

Serverlogs and IPs and board email-adresses are in all likelyhood stored on the SERVER, not on the machine Emma uses to access it. And unless the police specialist who has a look at the PCs is a scilon plant, you're all safe

Yes, some more steps would be needed, but they'd be one step closer. It would be hassle for them. And even then, many people use dynamic IP addresses, which basically means you can't reliably link an IP address with a person:
