Mark 'Marty' Rathbun: Scientology Top Management (video of Marty being ambushed)

Just looking at the 3 amigos , Jenny looks as if shes on the verge of a mental breakdown, at near the end, the 2x boys start walking off, and she comes back, for more, they are embarrassed by her, they're scared shit-less of Marty ,and quite frankly the dumbest thing that they could do, or is it a strategy,
In court saying no we were harassing Marty not his wife, its collateral damage your Honour. terribly sorry. DM wouldn,t do that. ...... Granitt

I see your point....don't know.

But am sure this tape will be seen by the Texas Judge.....and will have bearing on the case and the TRO.
 
It seems to me the the Tape of the 3 at the Airport.....could also be used to tie David Miscabage tighter into being called as a Defendant in the Monique Case.

As I have been following it.....Miscabage lawyers are claiming ...he is not involved.

But, as I see it , as these 3 are in the Exec Strata of Scamology....as in Miscabage.....that it could be linked that as the 3 obviously "know" then Miscabage must have "known also".....about and guided the harassement of Monique and Marty.

Yes, but you should register your restraining order with the court although you are not required to do so. A valid order is enforceable whether or not it has been registered.

Obviously not the definitive answer on this issue, especially since the website primarily deals with Family Law/Domestic Violence, but a bit instructive, generally speaking.

Who knows? Maybe Mrs. Rathbun's attorneys will decide not to submit the video to Judge Waldrip. :confused2:

Consider for a moment one other possibility for this latest event of Squirrel Busters psychological assault and ecclesiastical terrorism directed against Marty Rathbun by the Church of Scientology at LAX:
The three assailants, who appear to be operating in concert along a scripted patter, are the ultimate Simon Bolivar policy fall guys for Miscavige in the Monique Rathbun case. It is a religious imperative inside Scientology to protect one's senior...as Miscavige is senior to everyone, he ultimately must be protected by everyone...and the Simon Boliver "Responsibility of Leaders" HCOB is the senior (public) policy in this arena.
In this recent LAX incident, which is almost a verbatim continuation of the very harassment which the Texas lawsuit is about, three very senior Scientology executives have possibly provided grounds for a Miscavige defense, which will later appear (assuming the SLAPP appeal fails) whereby these three claim they were behind the Texas Squirrel Busters all along and were operating without the direction or involvement of Scientology Sea Org Captain David Miscavige.
Much as Mary Sue Hubbard and Jane Kember took the fall for L. Ron Hubbard in the Operation Snow White fiasco, these three deluded souls may be offering themselves up as the Simon Bolivar policy fall guys to protect David Miscavige from the civil legal consequences of the Monique Rathbun suit.
This eventuality (of Devocht, Yager and Bloomberg taking the fall for the Squirrel Busters) serves several useful purposes in forwarding the "Command Intention" of Scientology Sea Org Captain David Miscavige:
1) Sea Org Captain David Miscavige is protected from the legal consequences in the Rathbun civil suit
2) DeVocht, Yager and Bloomberg take the fall as senior Scientology executives, who have virtually zero assets and therefore are unable to personally pay any awarded damages
3) Devocht, Yager and Bloomberg are discredited to public Scientologists for the atrocities perpetrated by the Squirrel Busters, making any future complaints they might render against Miscavige unlikely to be credible to those same public still-in Scientologists
4) Devocht, Yager and Bloomberg will similarly be descredited as reliable witnesses in future civil or criminal cases against Miscavige about violence he may have wrought on other Sea Org members that they may have personally witnessed
I do realize the above might sound insane...but remember...we are discussing Scientology.​

Excellent point regards the 3 possibly operating "on policy."

This is why IMO anyone considering suing the C of $......should also name as a Defendant, the Sea Org, a non-incorporated fraternal organization.

As far as I know....the Sea Org has never been sued.

But there is legal precedent that a "non-incorporated fraternal organization" can be sued. (here in the States..)

Biggest "outpoint" or most baffling behavior I observe about Scien people is that according to the goals of Sci we're all on the path (or perhaps have already attained as in my case :coolwink:) to having the capability of crushing skulls like exploding pumpkins using only our beams, throwing lightning bolts at will, or even pulling the air covers off of planets (only if absolutely necessary . . . don't worry just yet). :yes:

Yet I see most of them cower and even run and flee from the most benign and innocuous things:

  • like a harmless, almost weightless sheet of paper (a KR or goldenrod, for example)
  • a thought, an idea, that ephemeral, fleeting, invisible, wispy thing (most every person on earth has 5,000 to 30,000 thoughts a day . . . so what?)
  • what someone else thinks of them (gotta get over that one one of these days)
  • content of an Internet site (again fleeing from ideas, those invisible, wispy things)
Why would a Big Being (depicting themselves as having super powers or at least on the way) possibly run from the invisible things in life? Ideas? Thoughts? Someone's opinions of them?

You have to be able to comfortably confront ideas before you can do the air cover thingie. :duh: :biggrin:

I actually think that not responding at all and just filming what went down is the smartest move in this situation.

The Rathbuns are in the middle of a lawsuit, the crux of which is that they are being harassed by people sent by DM to harass them. It's hard to say how anything he could respond with would play out in court. Better to just keep his mouth shut and show that he isn't encouraging any interaction whatsoever.

I think that Yager and Linson are in far too over their heads for any "niceness" from Marty to make a dent anyway.

I agree. I think Marty played it very smart. Didn't provoke. Didn't retaliate. Just filmed the madness.

Yeah, we get it. You've only posted those exact same sentiments at least 100 times on here in the past in almost any thread about Marty. No one will forget you are Marty's bro since he started his blog, please stop thinking we need constant reminders.

Posts that contain nothing but music videos in threads where there is a lot of in-depth discussion of a subject is irritating, if not a derail, too.
 
It's very unfortunate these people have no clue how ridiculous they come across pulling these stupid stunts in public. Besides the fact that this only supports the notion that they're brainwashed and unable to differentiate between a wacky drill and reality....like a bunch of windup sheep.

It really drives home the reality that they would not do well in the real world at all. We might want to thank Scn for keeping these weirdos off the streets.?.

However, I do wonder if they actually traveled somewhere so as to be able to produce a ticket if asked by a judge (say in TX) for violating any sort of restraining order. That would definitely prove how out of their head crazy this cult is. Not to mention how much it just cost them to send 3 people to SF and back just so they could be justified in harassing Marty. That would be pretty pathetic....but not beyond the scope of Scn.
