Scientology security kills man with sword

The other things to look at would be what happened to cause him to have to file bankruptcy. Was he fired, did he lose on stocks, etc. Likely point of introversion there.

Getting declared was a point of introversion, for sure.

He had a few of such traumatic moments most likely (severe wrong indications.) That and having his case all squirrelled up set him up for a psychotic break.

WTF!??? Are you attempting a posthumous Introspection Rundown?

You are one sick puppy....

2005 reported he (Mario) had fallen off his rocker. talked about off planet, body in pawn stuff. paranoia in his eyes. described as a madman.

Too bad L. Ron Hubbard wasn't recognized as a madman when he wrote the body in pawn off planet crap.

Funny how the cult believes all Hubbards lunacies but calls true believers "madmen" when they actually believe what Hubbard wrote and said.

He went down the rabbit hole and never came back. It happens. The mind is a dangerous place. Proceed with caution.

And there are people who've gone nuts from and/or while obtaining psychological counselling. It happens. Anytime one is doing things with the mind or spirit, it can stir things up. There are also life events- just ordinary life events- that have driven some people crazy while others weren't.

There are people who've been seriously hurt cutting vegetables, yet I don't want to outlaw or prohibit knives.

I've known him for years. Very nice fellow. Been talking to him about all this. His desription of Mario has been validated by a couple of other people who knew him.

I know Michael pretty well. Have met him on a number of occasions. He's not OSA. He's a very nice guy, very into the Freezone, and a charming man with a lovely sense of humor. If he were OSA, all sorts of people would have been betrayed by now - and they weren't.

The story is FAKE. The same kind of "fake" that sucked you in to scientology in the first place.

I have never been a scientologist - I don't even belong here! I am a colossal NOBODY with nothing better to do than pose as someone somehow affected by this cult. You can't get more objective than that.

Stupid as the story is, its truth needs to be affirmed - not refuted. There isn't the time to waste one's life disproving every ludicrous internet lie.

It's somebody's job to prove it, which isn't happening because the story is blatantly false!

Really? And how would you know that?

I know Michael and I don't know you. Michael has credibility with me. You don't. You give no specifics but Michael does.

You are spot on again, Ladybird.

The two men talked about Scientology, Cannon said. He got the impression that Majorski was disappointed with Scientology.

His record with Oregon police, however, describes a different man.

Majorski was released from the Lane County Jail due to overcrowding two weeks ago, the same day he was arrested by Eugene police on charges of criminal trespass and harassing a police officer at the Executive House Motel, according to The Register-Guard.

Majorski also has previously been convicted of stalking a Lane County judge, the paper reported.

In another example of his troubles with the law, Majorski was arrested in late October after threatening a man offering roadside assistance, according to Florence police.

On the morning of Oct. 26, Majorski made a call to the American Automobile Association for roadside assistance saying he had run out of gas on the road where he lived.

When the AAA driver, Doug Bushwar, arrived, he reportedly found Majorski standing next to his truck with a number of “small kids toys lined up in a row on the street” behind him.

When Bushwar walked toward the truck, Majorski yelled at him to stay where he was.

Bushwar told police that he tried to get Majorski to calm down, but when the man “grabbed a hand-held ax from his vehicle and held it in a threatening manner,” Bushwar left and called the authorities.

A police officer showed up about 25 minutes later to find Majorski walking on the road. When the officer asked him to talk with him, Majorski reportedly threatened to shoot if he came any closer.

Then, Majorski walked into his house, yelling and cursing.

After a minute, Majorski “came to a window and told me to come talk to him there” the officer reported.

Majorski then told the officer he had hostages in the house. When another officer showed up to help, Majorski threatened to shoot the officers and told them he also had explosives, according to the police report.

Majorski later came back outside “yelling and screaming for us to leave.”

The two officers moved in slowly and handcuffed him.

Police found no hostages or explosives in the house.

About a week later, police arrested Majorski again after he disrupted a Mormon Church service in Florence.

Police say Majorski entered the church on Nov. 2, “cursing and moving around a lot.”

He was asked to leave but did not, said Sarah Huff, spokeswoman with the Florence police department.

Police arrested him outside the church on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Stuck in some long ago incident.

that's where all the nuts to begin with are sent, so it would be hard to know. I doubt many of those shrinks know what to do with one, other than give him some anti-psychotic drugs and stick him in a room with other nuts.

But the Church just sticks them in a room with only one other person and has them hold two tins cans while charging them a lot of money. I don't think you actually know anything about psychiatry or psychology that you haven't been told by the Church. I am not big fans of them either, but at least they have some degree of peer review and are sometimes held responsible for their consequences, which is why they need insurance.

The problem with that field is that they have become too drug oriented and drifted away from actual psychoanalysis. The counselling sessions are too far apart and are often superficial. The drugs deaden the creative abilities of the patient and dull his awareness of the real problems in his life. But the drugs tell him everything is okay.

I kind of agree with what you are saying here. But I must honestly say that I know very little about current paychiatric practices. Most of the psychotropic drogs prescribed in the U.S. is not by psychiatrist. I know people who were given prescriptions by medical doctors treating obesity to shyness. but these are medical doctors, not mental health practicioners.

I don't know what the numbers are for those in psychoanalysis versus those only getting drug therapy. It would be interesting to know.

Psychiatrists can prescribe meds for patients, but not psychologists. But given that, psychiatrists are still held accountable for their actions and must pay insurance.

Now, if the "Church" of Scn were denied tax exemption and denied religious status, then they would be regulated and have to have insurance also. And auditors would be accountable for pc's (patients/clients).

Of course this will never happen.

When the patient has to be committed, out come the heavy anti-psychotic drugs. That's where the real damage occurs. The others have their bad side effects, sure. But now we are are talking about mentally crippling drugs.

I don't think all mental health practitioners are bad. That link I provided is of a very good one, and he mentions others.

I may regret this...

There is much about this whole issue that is not yet known. I think that Michael's epitaph is likely an accurate description of Mario's mental state and that in all likelihood, the poor man suffered a break. Given the nature of the police reports, I would say that is an opinion approaching reasonable conclusion.

Why did that break happen? We won't likely ever know. Mario is not here to tell us.

Let's try to remember that we treat one another with respect here. This is an ugly, ugly situation.
