Less of a heel? Hopefully before too long it'll be, "free from feeling like a heel; totally free from it!"
Actually, the emotional blackmail that goes on in the male/female is an ugly scenario.
Hubbard pointed out in one of his occasional clever moments that the basic or biggest overt one can commit is that of making another guilty.
Nasty types are masters at making others feel guilty . . . guilty for being present, communicating, causing, being beautiful-but-not-giving-me-the-sex-(money/admiration)-I-want, breathing . . . you name it!
Don't wear it! Don't let the idiots of the world make you feel like a heel with their use of the make-guilty trick!
It's an amazing thing to watch . . . I had it when I was a young and good-looking swimming champ hunk. It would often happen that some pretty (or oft not so pretty) young thing would try to attract my attention . . . usually while I was at the pool training . . . and man, would they run this make-guilty trip on me for "not liking them!"
And even funnier to watch is the next stunt in the sequence after they have run their abuse on you is, they start making less of or nothing of you with false accusations and belittling statements!
Honest and decent men see this sort of shit going on among the poseurs all the time. The poseurs makes an inept and stupid pass at a lady, gets ignored and then starts telling you all about the "unacceptablenesses and unworthinesses" of the "chick" or "tart."
People invalidate each other too much. It is not OK.
So, Hats, my sweet, honor the truth of you
