Note how Tommy Davis is listed as current Church Spokesman !
And his wife Jessica too !

While we all know the truth ~~ Jessica is fighting leukemia and Tommy Davis has not been seen for many moons,
Scientology Inc pretends these 2 are media spokesman !

Why do they carry on like this ?

Because ~~ it's Ok to Lie, Cover up, Embellish, Exaggerate, Magnify, lay it on thick, if it IMPROVES THE PR OF THE CHURCH !

Every press release is a blatant lie.
I could almost write them myself.
They lie to the Courts.
Lying to the 9th circuit court of appeals that 25 years of baby slaughter (enforced abortions) was done because Missionaires need to travel !

Yes, but others gave different time frames when all the monies were transferred out that were wrong.

AND - if Larry Wollersheim were to ever be able to open his case again, regardless of where the monies have been transferred since, the bulk of those monies I saw transferred were from CSC. His settlement was based on a percent of the monies in those accounts and since they were illegally transferred and false dox and statements given by COS execs of the monies at the time - a big chunk of that money would/should actually belong to him.

A big chunk also belongs to the Hubbard family.

I hope there will be a time when they and others receive monetary compensation for what COS stole.

Those monies can be recovered from those accounts if linked to trafficking or other illegal international crimes.

Soderqvist1: L. Ron Hubbard was a greedy fucking liar!

SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA 1984 NO. C 420153
Page 254 - 256: THE COURT: Okay. I will grant the motion with the proviso that if you desire to get into that, you have to do it outside the presence of the jury and establish a basis for it. 11. Alleged control by L. Ron Hubbard of Scientology organizations and finances.

MR. FLYNN: This is one of the major reasons that Mr. Armstrong was declared suppressive, and one of the major reasons he came to me, and one of the major reasons that the documents are important particularly with regard to item number 13, and probably the key witness in the case, Laurel Sullivan, Mission Corporate Category Sort-out. What we intend to do is simply try to introduce evidence as to in a narrow way his course of conduct and his state of mind with regard to the documents as to why he came to me. There is extensive information in this document relative to this issue. Mr. Hubbard issued a dispatch in late 1979 and early 1980 when the IRS case was ongoing, there was this fear of the shredding operation, the fear of a raid which I have already explained to the court which was the purpose of the shredding operation, to take all information that connected Hubbard to the church or particularly to organizations and finances in order to prevent the IRS and the Justice Department from getting the materials.

Now, because of that, they then entered into the Mission Corporate Category Sort-out where they destroyed some 600,000 documents which totally showed that Hubbard did control the church and which related to the funneling of approximately $250 million to Lichtenstein bank accounts. Hubbard issued a dispatch saying that he had resigned in 1966 and that he had had absolutely no involvement with the church and had received no church funds since that period of time other than $35,000 a year as a consulting fee. Well, the documents, of course, prove total control by Hubbard during this period of time, and the witness who was in charge of MCCS, Laurel Sullivan, Mission Corporate Category Sort-out, which there are two very important tape recordings on file in this court, these tape recordings -- they are having a meeting --

High Court of London 1984 MR Justice Latey
What happens to the Money? Mr. Armstrong is in a better position than most to know where the money goes.
His evidence, together with other evidence, shows that much of it goes into the pocket of Hubbard and he has described how it is "laundered".
http://www.xenu.net/archive/audit/latey.html#8d

Affidavit of Stacy Brooks Young (9 March 1994)
154. As an ASI staff member, I was instructed, and all those who worked in ASI were also instructed, that making large amounts of money for Hubbard was an integral part of running Scientology. Hubbard's written communications to ASI staff revealed that he felt nothing but contempt for his creation, the church of Scientology. He made it clear that he felt perfectly justified in taking as much money out of the church as DM and the other ASI staff could get away with. (Hubbard dictated all of his communications and the dictation was then transcribed and distributed by Miscavige. Both the dictation tapes and the dispatches still exist, although CSI will undoubtedly deny it.) Hubbard made it very clear that Miscavige's success or failure would be based on how much money he could make for Hubbard, whether it came from church coffers or other sources.

There aren't that many images of Vicki floating around so I have to dig into Albums from my past.
Here's Vicki and Rick directly above Heber.

One of Miscavige's traits (almost an obsession) is to split up husband and wife. He does it time and time again. It is a hallmark of Miscavige in action. He even did it with Tom Cruise and Nicole !

He forceably separates spouses from one another, often not even letting one know where the other is even located and expressly inducing a divorce.

Vicki and Rick were no different.
In early 1982, Miscavige sent Rick Aznaran and sent him to the Rehabilitation Project Force (RPF) in Los Angeles. For slave labor of easily 60 hours a week, his pay was reduced to $1.25 per week.

He spent 99 days in the Gulag and Vicki was cut off from communicating with him, although she did so with clandestine and stealth. Needing secrecy under cover of dark to have a few stolen moments with one's own husband !

Then Rick was sent to be a Security Guard at Creston for a year and a half and Vicki had no idea where he was. No correspondence between them was permitted. Vicki became increasingly demanding to be able to communicate with her own husband !

Vicki had a line directly to Pat Broeker and some explosive *PURGE* occurred in 1987 where anyone and everyone who supported Pat Broeker were annihilated to a greater or lesser degree. Vicki was one of them.
She was shipped to the RPF Gulag in Happy Valley a few miles down the road from INT Base. (property now sold and gone)
Vicki was not allowed to go anywhere or do anything without a bodyguard. At night she was imprisoned by having heavy furniture moved to secure her lock down.... But she was allowed at this time to keep all of her physical belongings including her horse and the 2 spectacular German Shepherds.

She was made to wear rags taken out of garbage cans, sleep on the ground, dig ditches in enforced manual labor.

Finally, on about April 9, 1987, Vicki and two other victims escaped from Happy Valley onto the Sobova Indian Reservation where they were pursued on motorcycles by guards." They were rescued by the Indians.

From Inspector General of the Church to hounded escapee, hounded down like an animal running for her life....it is surreal....

I was at Int base at the time and the word was that Vicki had fled into the Mountains and was being chased...

"Happy Valley" is an ironic name for a Gulag. The main point of it all was that you were shipped out to "Happy Valley" with no power of choice as part of an RPF (GULAG) assigment.

It was imprisonment, out in the boonies in the middle of nowhere. It was forcible confinement with no knowing when you would ever get out of there.

You were sent there as a punishment and it all depended on which RPF thugs were running the show, dominating the scene and enforcing what hard labor you did and how much you could or could not sleep.

A creek bed ran through "Happy Valley" and meandered off towards the canyon and later ends up towards a little town. This is the route that some RPFer's used to escape. Eventually the local tribal Indians got to understand that this was a detention punishment place and with some empathy in their gentle hearts helped the escapees flee.
NativeAmericans_1932.jpg

A liitle more detail on Vicki Aznaran's escape from Happy Valley. She fled onto the Soboba Indian Reservation adjacent where she and 2 other escapees were pursued on motorcycles by Scientology Inc. guards. Vicki and the other victims were rescued by the Native Americans who gave them a ride in a pick-up truck and out-gunned chasing security by racing Vicki and the 2 other escapees to a motel in the City of Hemet.

Imagine a "church" where you need to flee with stealth with some Native American Indians helping you !

If Scientology Inc. behaved humanely, even half way decently ~~ there would be nothing to say about them. There would be no threads like this. There would be nothing to write about on this message board, there would be no scandalous reports by Tony Ortega in Village Voice, there would be no Ex-Scientology Message Board, there would be no Ex-Scientology-Kids Message board, and blogs like Marty's would not exist.
But you could never get Scientology Inc to realize that they MAKE the news with their internal abuse, their sadism, their RPF (gulag) and RPF's RPF, their toxic Disconnection policy, their sub-human treatment of human beings, their refusal to give refunds and the sheer insanity of their "seances," internal brutality, Fair Game, draconian punishments. I call it Taliban Scientology.

I want to continue to on the story of Vicki Aznaran because she is an example of someone who reached the top of the structure, and was treated with unspeakable abuse way back in 1987 and no one spoke up and 25 years later the sadism and atrocities have only escalated. A lot of Sea Org members witnessed what happened to Vicki at the hand of David Miscavige in 1987, but no one did a damn thing and everyone went home happy, business as usual. And look what we have 25 years later. A grotesque deviation from anything that can be called a "church". Calling themselves "The Church of Scientology" they enjoy more internal sadism than any entity that comes to mind. Colleges and so on have hazing rituals which last an evening. Atrocities in this "church" last months, years.

They also get a free pass to stockpile money while paying no taxes under the pretense of "Religious exemption."
Religious Indeed !

Vicki-2.jpg

Vicki Aznaran in white and her husband Rick in red shirt immediately above Heber

From Andre Tabayoyon's affidavit: (Sea Org Member for some 20 years,)

From Andre Tabayoyon's affidavit:
72. In 1987, I observed Miscavige order Vicki Aznaran incarcerated at a place called Happy Valley. Happy Valley is a ranch 11 miles away from the Gold base near Hemet. It was then one of the Rehabilitation Project Force ("RPF") Scientology correction and detention facilities. Vicki had been the senior executive in RTC. Miscavige won a power struggle and took her off that post. He ordered her into the RPF which was part of Gold, a unit in CSI.

73. I was at the Happy Valley complex when Vicki was driven up. She arrived in one car. Miscavige arrived in another car right behind her. After Vicki and Miscavige had left the respective cars in which they arrived, I heard Miscavige scream at Vicki, "You're going to do the f --- ing RPF." I did not see or hear Vicki make any response. I saw her go into the berthing facility.

74. A short time later, I spoke to Miscavige during his inspection of the stairs and patio of a building which was under construction at the base. He was wearing a new captain's uniform, a rank to which he appointed himself. I complimented Miscavige on his new uniform. Miscavige told me that Vicki, Jessie Prince and Spike Bush had been consigned to RPF. He said, "I'm almost positive they won't make it through the RPF. They're criminals."

75. Vicki spent 120 days on the RPF. As Director of Renovations and Construction Gold, a CSI department at the Gold base, I was in charge of supervising the work performed by the RPF at the time. Miscavige instructed us to keep a close watch kept on Vicki because he feared she would try to escape.

76. For 12 hours every day, for the duration of her stay, except for the few occasions when she was too ill to move, I saw her run around a pole ("the running program"). This is one of the most severe forms of RPF. It is reserved for persons deemed to be in a very low ethics status. It is often regarded as a program to contain persons regarded as crazy by the Scientology hierarchy. In addition to the running program Vicki was also working on other projects for an additional 5 hours a day.
######################################
Excerpt of Former sworn statement of Vicki Aznaran :::
8. I was forced to assign myself to the RPF. I was told that if I did not write an issue assigning myself that David Miscavige would write it and it would be far far worse than anything I could ever imagine. In other words he would write anything he wished to and make it broadly known. One example of this is a case where a girl refused to conform as ordered to and the Scientologists wrote an issue stating that the girl was a lesbian and published it to all of her friends. She escaped them and sued for libel and slander. It turned out that it was completely false and the Scientologists paid her to drop her suit and be quiet. This was in the San Francisco area in 1982. I was informed of this by the
cult member in the Office of Special Affairs who handled the lawsuit.

9. I did not decide on March 31, 1987 that I should leave the RPF. I had attempted to escape two weeks before that but had been caught by guards. I had expressed my desire to get away to several people on different occasions.

10. During the time I was in a motel in Hemet California, after leaving the RPF and up until any releases were signed, my husband and I were being security checked daily (an intense and lengthy form of interrogation) and we were being watched by guards. We had hardly any money, less than fifty dollars and we were extremely afraid of being declared fair game if we did not co-operate. I was in a very bad physical and mental state and would have signed anything in order to get away. The only thing I was grateful for was getting away.

I declare under the penalties of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct.

Executed this 15th day of January, 1989, at Dallas, Texas.

[Signed]

You may call it Taliban Scientology, but wouldn't it be more honest to call it what it really is?

L. Ron Hubbard's Scientology.

Veda, dude, you know I love you but do you think you could just let Karen have her thread about DM? I mean I get where you are coming from, but after 100 or so attempts, I think Karen might too & it's obvious she's not going to bite.

There is a profoundly ironic dynamic in play with the Church of Scientology.

It believes in many things, but amongst the most fervently held belief is that of OUTFLOW & EXPAND doctrine. Endless hundreds of millions of dollars of promotion, advertising, events, marketing, book campaigns, media capers, celebrity endorsements--anything to "disseminate" and "expand".

Somehow, Scientologists equate expansion (more members) with proof of Scientology's claims (Clear, OT, Total Freedom, et al...)

But to OUTFLOW is sacred. I seem to recall an LRH policy on "Outflow" being (paraphrasing) "...holier and more remunerative". Haven't seen that policy in decades, if anyone knows where it is.

In any case, let me stop rambling and try to get to the point. The COS stakes its very existence on OUTFLOWING its message to the world.

However, the more it OUTFLOWS, the more attention it garners.

For any normal organization, company or activity this would be great news indeed.

However, Scientology's worst enemy is actually people noticing it. Because then they see the kinds of abuses Karen is detailing here which are shocking in breadth and hatred for basic human rights. We are not talking about minor workplace improprieties (e.g. not giving someone their full 15 minute break), this is full scale terrorism & slavery taking place right in the midst of modern free-world democracies.

Scientology's paradox. It must outflow in order to rapidly gain new membership in order to survive, simply because the attrition, drop-out & blow rate is sieve-like and unsustainable. However, by outflowing, Scientology draws attention to itself which is exponentially more damaging to its membership & viability.

To outflow or not, that is the Q & A.

The more it outflows (promotes) the more it has to cover its lies and crimes. I think Hubbard even defines insanity somewhere as "must reach-can't reach....must withdraw can't withdraw".

Any honest organization could only dream of a news crew or documentary filmmaker showing up to memorialize their good works. But, for the COS the worst nightmare would be a documentary, because their criminal activities are far worse than anything their enemies could possibly say about them.

Imagine how crazy a COS member would have to be to SIMULTANEOUSLY try to outflow (promote) and inflow (withhold) at the same moment. That may account for a lot of the bizarre behavioral lunacy observed when Scientologists are caught on film or someone leaves and reports the straight facts like this thread.

I am reluctant to use any vulgarity in an internet posting.
It is just not necessary.
But I don't know how else to say this.

Vicki was *Mind-Fucked* by David Miscavige and his enablers.
Here is an image of Vicki only WEEKS before the Happy Valley sadism and the full frontal mad dog attack on her by David Miscavige.

VickiAznran.jpg

Vicki was brutally interrogated, often late at night and she endured it, in fear of "Fair Game".
Here is a Vicki quote:

There is the matter of "Fair Game" which is known to anyone who has been in Scientology for any length of time. If you do not conform to the power hierarchy in Scientology you can and will be considered to be Fair Game which per Scientology policy means that you can be lied to, cheated, stolen from, sued, harassed and anything else they deem necessary to get you to conform to their wishes. My husband and I had no desire to be declared Fair Game. Had we demanded our own counsel or not signed what we were told to sign or refused to undergo the extensive security checking they demanded we would have been declared "suppressive persons and thus become fair game". We decided that we would co-operate with whatever was asked of us so that we could get away without being declared "fair game".

Vicki posted her horror stories of extreme torture and the screwing her mind as in "Security checking". Vicki subsequently got into litigation with the "Church". Too bad the Internet had not taken off at the time and that all these happenings were posted in full view of the world.

Setting Vicki and Rick up with a tissue of lies, (promising settlement) they got them to fire their lawyer so that they were without Counsel. It was a set up.
They were being promised a settlement. No settlement or offers came forth. Instead, Scientology Lawyers
filed a massive motion for summary judgment. (Same trick pulled on Debbie Cook) it is a ploy to bypass a trial and have all the facts laid out for the world to see, right on Public record.

The Scientology Inc motion against the Aznarans was massive. The Aznarans had no lawyer and only two weeks to respond to a massive motion that would require a number of lawyers and a huge effort to successfully oppose.

Joe Yanny was previously a Church Lawyer. He subsequently befriended the Aznarans . He was outraged when he learned of Church deception and shenanigans to booby-trap Vicki and Rick., Yanny appeared in federal court on behalf of the Aznarans. He successfully obtained a continuance of the hearing on the Scientology summary judgment motion. Later, the judge ordered Ford Greene reinstated as counsel for the Aznarans and denied the Scientology motion for summary judgment.

With all the turmoil and insane mad -dog attacks of the church, Vicki got persuaded to deny some of her own truths written up in her various affidavits where she then denied what she had said previously.

Mind-fucked by the CULT.

VICKI is Fair Gamed

Here's what Vicki wrote ~~~

Since the filing of my lawsuit I have been declared suppressive and thus fair game. Private investigators follow and harass me and my family. My sister has been sued as well as myself and my husband. The cult has interfered with our business in an attempt to cause us to lose business. They have run phoney credit checks on us through a Ford dealership in Sacramento California. They have told the postal authorities that we were under investigation for drugs.

Sounds just like the "Church". The urge to Destroy a perceived enemy UTTERLY !

John Peterson was a "co-ordinating counsel" for the Church in the early 80s.
He co-ordinated all the various lawyers... and there were plenty of lawsuits occurring.
JohnPeterson.jpg

John Peterson
One day he dropped dead while talking on the phone unexpectedly, he was in his early 40s.
Before he died, he told Vicki Aznaran something important.
Those gag orders the Church has one sign are WORTHLESS.
Here's what Vicki wrote ~

Additionally, I was told by Mr. John Peterson, one of the Scientology Cult's attorneys for many years, that the releases that the Scientologists had people sign were not worth the paper they were written upon. He said that one could never sign away their right to sue nor could they refuse to testify against Scientology should they be subpoenaed before a court of law. Mr. Peterson said the value of the releases was that once someone had signed them, that person would think that he could not bring suit or testify against Scientology and that would act as a deterrent. One of the major purposes of these releases is to prevent anyone from testifying hostilely against Scientology to the U.S. government. Scientologists are trained to believe that the U.S. government is involved in a conspiracy to wipe them out. They also have a legitimate fear of being prosecuted for their criminal activity such as tax fraud, tax evasion, and obstruction
.

I have written this before but will say it again.
On a Leaving Sea org procedure, the Sea Org member must sit in a room and on video camera, often with a Lawyer present, or OSA Legal staff, a security guard or 2 (out of vision of the camera), the Sea org member must sign, with the video camera switched on, 1" thick documents :::
Never to reveal anything that went on in the Sea org !
Never to post on the Internet !
That the exiting Sea Org ember would never sue the Church
That the exiting Sea org member would never report to Law enforcement
Never to talk to media ($50,000 violation for each leak)
and so on and so on......
Giving away all their 1st amendment rights of free speech.
letting the poor dupes BELIEVE that they will owe the Church MILLIONS $$$ if they violate confidentiality !
It is all pure hogwash and could never be enforced in a court of law.
But the threat is they would be disconnected from all their friends and family if they violate the gag order.
That is the whole TRAP.
The "Church" will control the rest of your life, your family, the friends if you do not toe the line !
But why on earth would any entity need such secrecy ?
Dirty DEEDS need to be hush-hushed.
Clean hands do not need such secrecy.

Karen,

Do you know anything about Lisa Hoden?

I ask because she is originally from here in Chicago. I knew her when I first go in and in fact she helped to get me in by coming to pick to me up and bringing me to the org for auditing.

I really liked her. She is a singer and so when she joined the SO, she went to Gold. This is Lisa:

Anyway, I did read that she got sent to the RPF at one point. Okay, the reason I ask is that prior to me exiting the C Of S for good, I went to my last IAS Membership Officer Conference at ASHO and I ran into Lisa. She was working the Canteen at ASHO. Anyway, she was a nervous wreck.

She looked horrible. She was frantic, cowed, and looked almost terrified. It was eery and I thought to myself (and this is while I was still toeing the line), "Some bad stuff happened to this woman. I wonder what the hell it is".

She was not herself AT ALL.

Do you know anything?

That sounds awful. Yeah some bad stuff happened to that woman. I also wonder what it is. Curious what you find out....

If I was investigating, I think the first clue about the "bad stuff" that happened to her is contained in that poster above.

A normal woman ripped out of what could have been a simple and lovely life and forced to wear a fake naval costume.

And pose with a sword and a weird stare at nothing.

In a photo adjacent to the fraudulent advertising copy of a delusional con man ranting about being the first to salvage this sector in 75 million years.

That is a very good clue about what happened to her.

Oh damn, I just came to check out what new posts there were on this outstanding thread and see that I posted last and it's been quiet thereafter. I looked at what I posted (Hubbard stuff) and realized that when I wrote that it was just a random posting and I didn't actually realize I was on the "David Miscavige's Abuses & Violence" thread. Ooops!

Had I have known which thread I was on, I would have probably cut/pasted Sindy's post (with the above response) on the Stupid Thread, or not at all.

There is much good on this thread that I did not want to interrupt.

All parties may hereby once again commence normal whistleblowing on David Miscavige, COB (Cult Operating Bastard).

If there are three Registrars, the number should be five hundred per week.

Dying does not get you off the mailing list. There are many vulgar stories of people receiving mail for folk who have passed away, even after notification has been given to the cult. If anyone is waiting for scientology to actually clear/save the planet, I suggest they re-think things. They couldn't organise a boozy-work-shout in a brewery.

The only effective way I have found of getting off the mailing lists is to tell them you are part of Anonymous. Worked for me.

Am I part of Anonymous? Maybe. Maybe not.
