Just because she signed another gag order and was given tons of our hard earned donations - does not necessarily leave her off the hook. Solid evidence? Here solid evidence - Debbie Cook was sued by the Church of Scientology for "whistle blowing on David Miscavige's abuse to Sea Org staff, including herself". Not to mention the fleecing of the members financially!

Debbie Cook did a deposition and it went viral. (Our weapon - the internet).
The Church of Scientology slapped a lawsuit on her - had everyone disconnect from her and aired a video showing the World how Scientology does business - prior to being released from the Scientology Prison - she signs a Gag order where she does no talking, asks no questions and has no legal representation and says she would have signed anything to get out. The Scientology attorney states that "she is very happy with the Organization and her experience in it".

Debbie Cook had no money, her business was ruined and they were desolate.

All of a sudden - the case is settled out of court.

Debbie and Wayne post pictures on their website of their new condo, luxurious vacations.....

Sometimes you have to connect the dots without being told what happened. It is easy to connect the Scientology dots because they are so stupid. Remember..."the criminal wants to get caught because they are basically good"! LRH

Purple Rain - you are a good soul! It is important to forgive but it is also important to hold those responsible when they do things for their gain at the loss of others.

Mike Laws has been Brian Culkin's communicator here on this board - and it is time to stop apologizing to Mike Laws for the stupidity of what Brian Culkin did - some potentially serious damage to the Luis Garcia case. (I used "propitiate" to poke fun at Scientology - I meant - stop apologizing to him - there is no justification for it - you did nothing wrong)

Here is a post I made on another thread and please look again at what Mike Laws posted about Brian Culkin's "status" as to why he just wanted to get this over with! Like Luis Garcia did this so Brian Culkin would not have to suffer any longer!! There are people who have waited 30 years for the chance to take this cult down and expose the fraud!

The empathy from Mike Laws for Brian Culkin's poor situation "he really doesn't get people lying to his face" if so offensive! Like the rest of us "did". WTF? Poor Brian - he just wanted to get this over with - so he threw the rest of us under the bus! Asshole!!

Here is one tiny reason "WHY" Mike Laws - this lawsuit is important - and you can tell your "cultured, fairly privileged and civilized socioeconomic strata FRIEND" that there are many people who are not so fortunate and they commit suicide because of the damage done to them financially and otherwise!

Here is a coroner's report from a guy who killed himself - he was broke and could not get his money back from Scientology. Show this, Mike Laws, to Brian Culkin and tell him this is who we are fighting for!

We are fighting for those who are too weak to fight for themselves. We are fighting for the victims that will be financially and spiritually raped because they do not know what they are getting into!!

Brian Culkin needs to stand on his own two feet and be the man he says he is - make up the damage! At least he has started but he ain't by any means, done!! I am not signing off of his liability formula cuz he hired Jeffries etc - he needs to help this case WIN, even if that means spending his $350,000 on it! Why don't we apologize to those poor souls who committed suicide because Scientology ruined them financially, spiritually and otherwise. We were unable to stop the fraud! I was IN Scientology recently - I have done my research on the individuals who were in at the same time. They are financially ruined to bankruptcy and foreclosures! The statistics are staggering! They don't even think there is anything wrong with it. Scientology is selling them "Pirates and Bums" - it is okay to refinance your house to give us all your money and then walk away from the obligation". Just sickening!

We need to help them by supporting lawsuits such as the Luis Garcia Fraud case. There could be more suicides in the near future due to the horrendous crush regging done by Scientology and Luis Garcia is fighting for them and so am I!

I like you, too, Mike, and respect you as I have said before. I instinctively trust you. I have already said that I appreciate Brian making this right and thank him for doing this thing - and I mean that - as long as it is not spun as Brian the Superhero meant to do this all along as part of some great masterplan. If he admits his weakness and error then I am certainly not going to rub his nose in it.

And, yes, it was naive, given how they treated him in every single interaction before that. But I have no desire to hurt Brian, just to see this case proceed without interference and the maximal chance of a win.

Assuming with certainty that Debbie and Wayne were spectacularly gagged, What better way to loudly say f...you to DM than quietly posting posting a personal blog, not a mention of Scientology, showing positive and creative and fun and exotic things they are doing when everyone knows that the COS destroyed their business to the point they couldn't pay for their own defense, and repaid most of the donations after it was announced that the COS withdrew the law suit and things were settled.

Think it through, here was a proven vexatious litigant bringing a baseless charge against a former member as a method of harassment of that person as is the cult's well known and published policy of behavior . . . any smart attorney would see being awarded a recovery of fees from the cult for having harassed and involved the defendant in a baseless suit (made per policy to harass!) as a peaches and cream GIVEN.

I'll wager that not only did Debby collect damages in the suit but got her attorney's fees paid by the Cult as well . . . .

That's the way it works folks . . .

Apart from all the rest of the amazingly inventive opinion voiced in much of the above thread . . . one smart fellow did manage to point of fact that Brian had not sued the cult but instead had correctly retained for himself an attorney to advise and handle the affair of him being called to be deposed by the evil cult . . . and note the depo was intended to be by cult attorneys only.

But also we have the evidence that the cult lied about Brian's feeling in fear of/at risk due to alleged statements about him on the internet.

In other words, here we have evidence again of the cult's continuous practice of making false declarations before and to the Courts in order to harass and silence its "critics" and former members.

This is again an example of the vexatious nature of this animal . . . it is about time the Courts came down heavy on this cult and hit it with the maximum of sanctions available . . . and that is to proscribe the cult from filing any suits or wayward motions without the Courts PRIOR approval following application for approval to do so.

The Courts do have that power to handle nasties like this cult.

It is time this be done. Time to restrain the cult's nasty, aberrant deceitful behavior.

And Jeffrey is just the fellow to bring this issue to the notice and implementation by the Court.
