I have a lot to do and being in the net too much is not good for me. I can be on it way way too long and I will not get done what I need to.

I don't like discussions where I am called a troll or lying which I am not doin so.

I just have a lot to do. I am in the process of scanning all my art source pics.

I am not even home. I am using my laptop. I posted it to show the guy was not bad but was broken.

Agreed.. But I have yet to see someone gaining that ability from scn! - Those that I know of do it all by themselves.

Anyway, why the blazes do you want to withdraw! - What happens here is just conversation.. So, there is not the enforced 'respect' for wins and people higher on the 'bridge'.. There is skeptism and doubt..

Fact is that we all try to figure out what goes on. And as I see it people have a considerable freedom of mind here. Is that bad?

Could someone trained on auditing the L's tell me whether a flubbed L level would not show up until 2 years later? I had understood that Lisa McPherson's break was pretty much immediate, but Martini is saying that Mario carried on for 2 years before his break. Is that probable?

No, I think it was stated that his break started 2 years ago and lasted for two years.

Martini,

Following the example set by others on this thread who haven't held back their opinions, I'll add my own GUESS about this man's journey:

-- He was a very intelligent, talented, capable and gifted person -- one of a rare few very special people who sometimes grace this world, who set upon a path to seek spiritual truths and enlightenment

-- Coming across scientology, like many of us he was fooled into believing the answers he sought were to be found in Hubbard's taped path. He did not know Hubbard's true intent; and as he was an exceptionally capable person, he rather easily found the money and the time to focus on "the Bridge" and quickly rose through Clear toward OT, paid for "L"s at Flag, etc. The money-grubbing CoS would have love love loved him at this point and exploited his ability to generate wealth in any way they could.

-- When things went awry for him within the CoS (I loved his 10 points about seeking freedom in the CoS!), he set about doing what he could to "fix" it, according to his own understanding of what a sane organization ought to look like, still not realizing Hubbard's true intent

-- When that failed and he was declared (we still don't know exactly why), he sought out the Freezone where, still believing in scientology "tech," he continued his journey amongst this group of "independent" scientologists who promote themselves as "friends" of humankind and despite all the information now freely available, refuse to see Hubbard's ultimate intent: to "crack" the souls of those who find their way into his web

-- Eventually Mario's pursuit of scientology "tech" took this exceptionally gifted being to exactly where scientology is designed to take ALL its followers: into madness, insanity, despair; and in Mario's case, to a dramatic and very public death in the parking lot of Celebrity Center at the hands of a guard who was indeed, correctly, defending himself against someone he perceived to be a threatening madman.

I am sorry to know that among Mario Majorski's so-called "friends" apparently there was no one who saw what was happening to him and had the good sense, or truly cared enough about him, to take him aside for a heart-to-heart and point out that scientology is not the solution, it is the problem; it does not "handle" one's ruin, rather it leads one directly into total ruin.

Perhaps he will find the freedom and spirituality he sought out in the sea, amongst the whales.

that's why I don't tell anyone to join it. the tech is not in good hands anywhere I know about. And even if it was, it doesn't lead all the way out. So at best, it will make somebody more causative, serene and friendly. Scientology is a profit driven cult that one should definitely stay away from.

A. For many years now I have considered myself a freezoner and yet I do not know of ANY way to "join it" apart from deciding to practice scientology independent of the Co$.

B. Don't confuse the chat group that Terrill moderates, FreezoneOrg, with the freezone. It isn't. It's a chat group for people interested in scientology and that's ALL. The membership of that board reflect a wide spectrum of viewpoints on the topic of scientology. Anyone willing to be respectful of others is welcome to subscribe.

C. The term "freezone" does NOT refer to any specific group, organization, or corporate entity. It is simply a generic term commonly applied to ANY individual or group who practices scientology independent of the Co$.

There are many individual groups (RO's, IFA, Elma, ICAUSE, etc.). It is certainly possible to join one of them. Any one who wishes to self-identify as a freezoner is certainly free to do so. But there is no way to "join" the freezone apart from self-identification.

D. Additionally, you may rest assured that if BB moderated or unsubscribed someone on the FZorg board it was for good cause.

BB is notorious for being a lax moderator. He is in fact internationally renown for it actually. He prefers to allow a great deal of freedom of expression. This has occasionally set off tirades from some of the more straight-laced freezoners on the board, nonetheless it is appreciated in the community. The one thing he does seriously try to enforce is that respect be shown for others on the FZorg board.

Mario Majorski

Mario did L-XI at Flag in 1993. This is from the completions on Christie's website. Also he told me one time that he had had an L at Flag and that he spent $60,000. His auditor could have been Pierre Ethier, as on Pierre's website Pierre lists Mario's name as one of the people he had audited in the past.

Mario was not a freezoner in that he never took any services in the freezone although he once attended a freezone event. He had the S and Double Triangles tatooed on his left shoulder.

He was not a member of anonymous. He was re-writing the Axiom and Logics.

He was, as we call it, PTS. A very alive, vital, healthy active person with high affinity and very upstat residence, which he may have lost due to the ruling of a judge in favor of a tenant.

Until recently he had no criminal record. He apparently threatened the Judge and got probation with some mental health supervision. I sure hope they didn't give him meds.:) In any case I can't imagine him taking them.

If you google his name you can find a picture and just about all the data there is. Mario was almost too real...very self-determined but apparently didn't know where to draw the line.

I doubt if he expected guns at C.C. There were no guns protecting Scn. organizations in the years he was there. It is hard to imagine the Mario I met as someone who would threaten public.

I have no idea why the Church threw him out. I'm trying to find out when he was thrown out, because I've receive two different dates, 1994 and 2004.

Hi. You certainly hit the nail on the head in the first part of your post re: Mario. He was brilliant.

But the freezone scene is different. First of all, I knew of him because he had joined a freeone list of some kind, and I wrote to him privately. He was not very forthcoming at first...rather hiding from the entire Scientology scene.

After many emails he decided he would meet us, and did. Very natty, all dressed to the T-hat and all. Was headed to Seattle for a party, and just stopped by to get acquainted.

Later he invited us to see his house, gold trim and all.:)

It was immaculate, which doesn't usually go with "crazy". But he did have some strange ideas. One is that he could write the Axioms better than Ron.

So Mario wasn't a "freezoner" even if he looked into it a bit, never had auditing outside of the COS. Not part of anonymous, either.

Thank you for helping to clarify this picture a bit more.

Thanks again

IMO, Martini is playing a manipulative game, using one ploy, then another. I would suggest being wary of anything he writes. Amongst his actions are selectively establishing "ARC," and also encouraging conflict; seeming to agree with the prevalent view on ESMB that Scientology is "imperfect," and yet being, himself, a true believer in "LRH tech."

This becomes messy as Martini seems to be calculatingly writing things so as to create a particular effect, just as some of the representatives of the Scientology Freezone (specifically Terril and Mark A. Baker) have been doing for some time. Terril and Baker support "LRH tech," and it's very much about "LRH tech" as far as they're concerned - but that's not what is presented to outsiders, including to ESMB. Rather a tailored "acceptable truth" is presented, done - apparently - in an attempt to "handle" the participants of ESMB, and - when possible - recruit new people for Scientology Freezone services.

Martini is applying the same "LRH tech" in attempting to manipulate the participants of ESMB in serve his agenda - neither "camp" is being honest, both are attempting to manipulate. Both are advocates of "LRH tech" while making "acceptable truth" noises, on occasion, to achieve some desired effect.

What's needed - as part of a police investigation which should now be ongoing, unless Scientology Inc. has that effectively infiltrated and corrupted the LA police around CCLA so as to prevent a full investigation - are the videos (and there must be more than one, since there would be more than one camera) of the incident. Anything graphic can be blanched out while still allowing viewing of Mario's actions. There is no reason why - eventually - these videos cannot be public information.

There is much about the incident that is still not known.

The information, presented by Martini - cut and pasted from Freezone discussion group - is interesting, but, IMO, Martini is not an honest player in this. Note the image he posted (swordsman image) and the timing of its posting.

The hapless Scientology Freezone reps. (Terril and Baker) are trying to figure out what to do with Martini, who they had thought was an ally, and has now morphed into something else.

Becoming caught up in either "camp's" machinations, IMO, is a bad idea.

There are honest people trying to figure this out, and more information is needed.

Martini provided some interesting info, but his motives (and yes, motives do matter) are, IMO, suspect.

As for the "Freezone twins," they are doing what they always do.

And I would like to see the videos of the incident, and an honest LA police investigation report.

Time will tell.

I know! :) - And indeed, with the latest postings, where we can read his own words, it looks like he was a good guy.. Who by the looks of things lost it recently..

Oh, I can relate to using too much time on the net! :whistling: While forgetting work that needs to be done..

The only thing that's come out of this thread for me is that Bill Yaude shouldn't be allowed to use the Internet anymore ..

Reading the tangent this thread has taken, thanks to some masterful steering, it appears to me that CofS has opted for the "shore story" that any blame for Mario's mental state or behaviour should be assigned to the FZ.

This serves the CofS' purposes VERY well and, if accepted by the media and public as a "truth", will undoubtedly restore OSA's faith in silver linings.

There is only one prime cause responsible for this tragedy, the CofS.

One of the rare times we have a common viewpoint, mostly. With regard to me not being honest I openly and transparently, in yer face like, promote the freezone.

Martini says this -:

"Hold everything!!

Mario got an L in the Freezone from Cl XII Pierre in 2006!!!!!!

This is HUGE. THAT AUDITING IS HIGHLY, HIGHLY SUSPECT.

Freezoners beware. Pierre needs to answer for himself immediately."

Well I spoke to Michael Charavano and Thetagal last night and again they confirmed that Mario never had auditing in the Freezone, from anyone, and Thetagal has posted so here. Further Thetagal had offered services to Mario and he never took them up.

One more suggestion for you.... the FZ needs to take more responsibility for members who are running off-beat whole track and winding cases up in a ball. Start taking the subject more seriously like one was working with T.N.T.

Majorski was never brought under any kind of control by the FZ when it was clear he was going nuts right under their noses. A hard, tough attitude about squirreling could have saved his life. But no, FZers have a right to do whatever they please.

It seems Mario had spent one weekend with Michael Charavano prior to going to a Freezone conference, had visited Thetagal where Mario met
Michael, and it seems spent just a few weekends in the company of other Freezoners, and a good time was had by all.

Then nearly 3 years later Mario comes back for a final visit to his freezone friends and seems disturbed.

From this an ediface is built up a picture, " off-beat wholetrack"
[ whatever that is, Dianetics is not offbeat] , " never brought under any kind of control by the FZ" [ the freezone is not a controlling group of people] etc.

And then a handful of freezoners are upbraided for not doing what the might and resources of the Flag Landbase were unable to accomplish.

Hope Smitty and Mario sees this

So let me get this straight. He didn't have FZ auditing and all he did was talk to some Freezoners IRL plus participate in an FZ cyberforum.

And...I'm sorry, Martini and Smitty, what was that you were saying? :duh:

^^^^THIS^^^^^

Yes, his sudden blame on the freezone for the victim's squirreling and demise is very telling indeed. Still. Other OSA have been infected with the truth and my hope is that Martini is too.

Martini, you said you had dirt on the CoF$, start a thread on that ok?

I did.

<SNIP>

Much love and warm wishes for a happy Thanksgiving,
OSA

Don't you find it refreshing that we can invalidate, make wrong and be 1.1 outside of the CoF$ and no one will send you to ethics? Plus you don't have to be OSA to do so, you can do it all the time, anytime and to anyone and from free will and free choice.

I'd like to wish you a very positive and love filled environment for you and your loved one this Thanksgiving Martini. From my heart to yours.
hugs

So it seems to me that Mario Majorski offended the FZ'ers by proposing changes to the sacred tech.. Rewriting Rons Axioms no less..

Heh.. I can understand that would be offensive. FZ'ers being 'fundamentalists' in a sense with that stuff. More so than the official scam and swindle cult in fact..

But I'm real a-hole and an SP.. I don't find it unlikely at all that Mario could write some better Axioms!

Why, honestly, should Hubbards theories be exempt from critical scrutiny?

Hubbard wrote his stuff to hoodwink and enslave. Evil intentions and deceit runs through it all. My guess would be that there's some traps for the mind in the Axioms too.. Something to utilize your thetan for a voodoo doll.. I have to look at those Axioms.

Erh.. Not 'your thetan'.. You ARE a thetan.. As opposed to a 'You'.. Voodoo!
